GozerAI provides AI-powered software products including but not limited to: Arclane, Trendscope, Shopforge, Brandguard, Taskpilot, Nexus, and related tools. Services are provided as-is and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. User Accounts

Some services require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on GozerAI properties are owned by 1450 Enterprises Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

GozerAI services are provided without warranty. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1450 Enterprises Inc. is incorporated.
